• 4 eggs, separated
    • 1/4th tsp cream of tartar
    • ½ ripe avocado
    • 2 tsp sesame seeds
    • Salt – pinch


  • Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff peak appears. Using plain whites without using cream of tartar will be fine just that, it will be required to beat the whites for a longer duration to get the peak.
  • In another bowl, mix egg yolks, avocado and salt till smooth. Add the egg white mixture that was prepared earlier.
  • Take a baking tray and line It with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 300°C
  • Place dollop of this mixture in pancake form around ½ inch apart and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. Bake until golden brown for 30-35 minutes.
